CottageCutz Hocus Pocus Mini

Hello everyone, today I'm sharing a Darling CottageCutz Halloween Hocus Pocus Mini Toilet Paper Album.
I really enjoyed putting this mini together. I used 4 Toilet Paper Rolls, and covered them with paint,DCWV design paper, Lots of Really Reasonable Ribbon,Lace and Trim. I also added some feathers, and buttons.

Throughout my mini I used lots of CottageCutz dies and will list and link them here

CottageCutz Dies used:
Cupcake Toppers(For ghost)

On these 2 pages, I used CottageCutz "Bats on Branch" and the Ghost from "Cupcake Toppers". They are colored with Creative Inspiration Paints in Onyx,Chocolate, and blue ice for the ghost.
in my video I will show you my interactive pages. Love doing these in mini's

on these 2 pages I left them pretty plain, but did add 2 spiders from the CottageCutz "Spiderweb Border" they are colored too with Onyx. I also colored my flower and added a cat face to it.

For my last page here I used the Beautiful CottageCutz "Lace Envelope" LOVE using this in all my mini's, its perfect for the back page and adding either a spot for writing, pictures or just tags.

All the dies are linked above, but wanted to share photo's of all the ones I used.

Isn't this just darling.  It's CottageCutz time and Carol here today showing you this die called Witch Cake Plate.  I am just tickled with this die and thinking next year I will use this die and host another Halloween Tea Party.  This would be a perfect image for an invitation to a Spooktacular party.
I cut out all the pieces from the die and distressed them with Brushed Corduroy distress ink and assemble the pieces.  I applied glossy accents to the "cover" to make it look like glass.  Martha Stewart Spider Punch around the page was used to accent the focal point and I used spellbinders for the corners and applied purple rhinestones in the centers.
This is was so much fun to make.  I just love CottageCutz dies.  They are a lot of fun to work with and very easy to assemble.   Just a reminder that we are looking for some Guest Designers so be sure to check out the information at the top of the CottageCutz blog.  Thanks for stopping by today and viewing my creation.  I really appreciate it.  This is the die that I used:

Cut N Up with CottageCutz Halloween

Hello everyone and Happy Thursday to all!

Today I wanted to share a card I made using the DARLING CottageCutz Cat on Pumpkin die from The Scrapping Cottage Hocus Pocus Release.

For the Kitty Cat I used Creative Inspiration Paints to color him up. Next my pumpkin was colored by dusting. I also used Creative Inspiration Paints on the leaves.

I love this lil kitty, and think its perfect for halloween!! I also used Graphic45 dp and some random polka dot design paper too. I wanted a slider tag to come out from the front of the card for a hidden message, i think they are fun and neat to design.

The bat and Happy Halloween stamps are from Victorine Originals, and then I used some RRR for my bow. Lastly I added some sewing to complete my card.

CottageCutz Hocus Pocus Release can be found Here! Have fun, there are several DARLING cottagecutz to choose from :)

Thank you for looking and have a lovely day!
Hugs to all,
Cheryl

Fun Halloween Card and some tips.

Hello everyone!  Happy Fall!  I have been playing with backgrounds lately, and I have one to share with you today.  I used CottageCutz Trick or Treat Ghost and CottageCutz Frankly to create my scene.  Here is my card.

I used the tombstone from the Frankly die and the negatives of the hand and the hole in the ground.

Do you ever use the negatives of your die cuts to make something else?  I just happened to be using both dies when I noticed the negative for the hole in the ground.  I thought it was the perfect stencil to create the spooky clouds.  Then to create a little more spookiness I used the hand negative to have hands reaching from the grave.  I just flipped it over to have a right and left.  Again here is the finished card.

Next week I will be sharing the card I made with the CottageCutz Frankly.  Thank you so much for stopping by today!

Hugs and smiles,
Janice
