CottageCutz Focus Week - Gift Card Holders

Hello everyone, Cheryl here today.
Today is our last day of CottageCutz Focus Week with Gift Card Holders. I do hope that we have given you some inspiration for your gift card giving for Christmas time.
So for my Gift Card holder I did a Bendy Fold Card, and added the gift card to the inside which you will see below. I love making these Bendy Cards and also have a video tutorial that I did several years ago, you can find it here.

I started with the Bendy Fold Base and then cut out 4 CottageCutz Christmas Dies in white to use on the entire card. I then chose what I waned to color, and added stickles to some of the snow and santa. I used CottageCutz Christmas Eve Night, CottageCutz Christmas Winter Night, CottageCutz Frosty & Friends Scene, and St. Nick Christmas Scene.

Photo above is partly open & the one below is fully open

And this is not all my friends.
Also this time we will be giving away a gift certificate
All you have to do is, to comment on each post for this week on CottageCutz blog (between 8th and 15th of December) and one lucky winner will get the gift certificate.
So, good luck!

CottageCutz Focus Week-Gift Card Holder

CottageCutz is featuring Gift Card Holders for Focus week which is December 8 through December 15.  It's Carol here today.  For my project, I have created this cute little gift card holder pocket.  It was created with a scalloped circle die and a plain circle die.  I cut three pieces:  a) the white backing with the scallop die, b) two pieces of designer paper, c) folded one of the designer papers over and adhered it to the base to create the pocket.
Just so you know......that red gift card with the M.......is a Michael's card.....were you expecting a Home Depot card???? lol  For this gift card holder I used the Stacked Snowmen, Poinsettia & Holly, and Merry Christmas die from CottageCutz.  This looks so cute hanging in my tree.  It's a great way to present a Gift Card.

We will be giving away a gift certificate
All you have to do is, to comment on each post for this week on CottageCutz blog (between 8th and 15th of December) and one lucky winner will get the gift certificate.
So, good luck!
Thank you so much for stopping by to view my project.  Until next time, Happy Crafting.  Here are the dies used:

CottageCutz Shabby Chic Christmas Cards

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas.  It's Carol here today.  How about some shabby chic cards for today's project share with these beautiful Cottagecutz dies.  Lots of white cardstock and glitter really make for a festive card.
For this card the super cute Trees 4 Sale die from CottageCutz is the main focal point.  The Christmas Greeting die was cut on black card stock.  To create the background, a snowflake embossing folder was used on kraft cardstock that was cut with a round Spellbinders die and then a white ink pad was run over the design.  The holly leaves are Martha Stewart Punch Around the Page Punch.
The Santa's Sleigh die for this card was cut on white cardstock and painted with glitter glue and sprinkled with glitter.  The snowflakes are Martha Stewart punches that have been glittered and layered.
This is the Christmas Tree in Window die.  It was glittered to.  Some cheese cloth has also been sandwiched in the layers for a fun wispy feel to shabby it up.  The card bases are from the $1.50 bin at Michael's.
Thanks so much for letting me share with you today my project.  Here's hoping you are enjoying you Holiday preparations.  Until next time......Happy Crafting!  Here are the dies used:

CottageCutz Lantern Christmas Card

Hello Paper Crafters.  It's Carol here today.  Is this not a classic looking Christmas card or what!  This beautiful Lantern & Poinsettia die from CottajgeCutz is just amazing.  There is absolutely nothing not to like about this die.
To create this beautiful card the die was cut on black cardstock.  The "light" area of the lantern was created by cutting a piece of white cardstock and coloring with copic markers to make it look like a light inside.  The Poinsettia and Ivy die was used on top of the floral area of this lantern die for dimension and embellishment.  A Martha Stewart Punch Around the Page and Spellbinders dies were used for background accent.  Red glittered corrugated paper from Michael's was used as well.
The little sentiment is a stick from Michael's that I had in my stash for a while.  Thanks so much for stopping by today.  Sure do appreciate it.  Until next time......Happy Crafting.  Here are the dies used.

Hello everyone, and Happy Monday to all!
Cheryl here today, to share another Christmas card made using the Beautiful CottageCutz Christmas Dies.
For my image I used CottageCutz Reindeer & Tree Ornament, which I cut out using white card stock, and then colored using copic markers in G28(for trre), E31,E37,E57(Reindeer), BG000 for the swirls, but then I covered them up using polar white flower soft. LOVE the look of the ornament here.

For the branches I used a punch, and for the circles I used a circle die. Ribbon is from my stash, and is the satin, and velvet. Dp is " SNOW VILLAGE! I have to say I LOVE this Christmas Collection!!! Talk about beautiful design paper, it has so many to choose from, and the deer is one of my favorites :)

CottageCutz Altered Tin Ornaments&Black Friday Sale

Hello crafts and welcome to another CottageCutz project.  It's Carol here today.  Christmas is in full swing at my house, how about you.  Today is a project share of some altered tin Christmas ornaments.  Aren't they cute.  These CottageCutz dies make the cutest gifts.

The Scrapping Cottage is having its BLACK FRIDAY SALE right now through December 3rd, perfect time to stock up on your WISH LIST items

For the first ornament we have this adorable Wind Up Teddy Bear from Cottagecutz.  I just love teddy bears and this one is super cute.  Along with the Wind Up Teddy Bears there are several other dies on this ornament.  In the background are the Fur Trees.  Then the Poinsettia and Holly for Embellishment.  Last but not least the beautiful Christmas Greeting die.  Designer paper was mounted to the bottom of this tin and some tinsel trim was glued around the bottom,
This ornament uses the darling Reindeer W/Scarf die.  Again the Fur Trees, Poinsettia & Holly, and Christmas Greeting dies were used to decorate the tin.  A bow made with seam binding was tied on top of the original twine for the hanging loop.

Thanks so much for stopping by today.  Remember if you have older ornaments that you don't use anymore, you can change them into something beautiful again with just a few dies.  Don't be afraid to experiment.  Until next time.......Happy Crafting.  Here are the dies used.:
