CottageCutz Coffee Thank You

It's Carol here today with a Cottage Cutz post for you.  Thank you-just two very small words that can make someone's day.  A show of appreciation for a kindness bestowed upon us.  That is what this sweet card is all about.  It was created to thank someone who helped me collect on some past due invoices at work.   She hasn't received it yet as she is on vacation-but I think she will love it don't you.  As I told you in my last post, I am so into burlap and neutral colors right now.  I thought it would be perfect for my "Coffee" theme.
All these cute little dies from CottageCutz helped me to make this super sweet card.  I used Mr. Snuggles, Hot Drink Cup, Cup of Latte, Thank You, and Bella Leafy Branch.  On the inside of the card I had decorated with coffee sleeve from Starbucks.  Inside the coffee sleeve I inserted a gift card.  It makes for a super cute thank you.  One I know she is going to love.
When giving a gift card try to "think outside the box".  Use something from the store you purchased it at to add to your creations.  It makes them so fun to give and a whole bunch of fun to make.  Thanks for stopping by today.  Wishing you a Happy Easter and Happy Crafting.  Here are the dies I used:

Friends are Special

Hi, all! Vladka here.

This time I was playing with  Expressions dies. I chose three of them Best Friends, Special and Thanks.

So, I came up with the sentence which you can see on the card. Other words are created with Word. But because friends are special, also some additional touch was needed. So I used another die for that: Spring Birdhouse Branch and cut them out twice and colored them with Distress Inks. Here you go! I hope you like it!
I wish you all great weekend and happy Easter!

Spring Basket With Ducks

Hello my crafting friends from Simona!

It's so nice so share another card for
For this card I used:

Both of the dies were cut out of white card stock.
Sweetheart Border  I cut 2x and place them together.
Then I used some bakers twine to wave it trough the
holes in the middle and just made the simple bow.

I colored the Spring Basket w/ Ducks  cut out pieces with
distress inks.

The base for the card is white and I sponged the edges
of the card with distress ink seedless preserves.
Then I used white gel pen to draw the pattern around
the edges of the card.

I appreciate you took the time and looked at today's post.

Hugs,

CottageCutz Springtime Floral/MOM Card

Hello everyone, and Happy Tuesday to all! Today's card was designed using CottageCutz Dies for Really Reasonable Ribbon's Monochromatic Challenge that started today. For my card I chose to use Yellow as my color and Grey and white as my neutrals.

I absolutely LOVE the CottageCutz Springtime Floral die, its absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!!  I added some Viva Pearl Pen dots to the this beautiful floral piece, and a small polka dotted bow and flower to the bottom of it.
The MOM sentiment is from the New CottageCutz Expressions Release found here. I'm LOVING using these new CottageCutz as they are super fun and simple to use.

The frame around the edges is a punch around the page. I used it for both layers. All card stock is a shimmery American Crafts card stock, one has dots embossed in it, and the others are just a shimmery regular card stock. I also used Really Reasonable Ribbons Sweetheart Blossoms. I have to say, I think these blossoms are one of my favorite flowers out there. I LOVE them!!! The Ribbon is from this months Ribbon club assortment.
Thank you for looking and have a lovely day!!
Hugs to all,
Cheryl

Happy Monday!

Kathy here with you again and I'm back with another Easter project! This time I have a gift card holder which can also be used as a small note card envelope.

I used the Fancy Envelope and Spring Embellishment CottageCutz Dies.  This has a cute little flower and Easter egg arrangement.  Here's a picture of it open.

All the die pieces were cut with white card stock and colored with chalk inks.  I used Thatched Straw, Aloe Vera, Spring Pansy (VersaMagic), and Pink Cheeks (PowderPuffs - Quick Quotes) Inks.

Kathy here with you today with a cute Easter card using CottageCutz's Lil' Spring Chicks and Oval Doily & Frame.

Aren't these little guys too cute?  I love the yellow, white and black color combination.  So bright and cheery looking!

Here's a little closeup of the chicks.

I cut the dies out with white card stock and colored them with Thatched Straw (VersaMagic), Banana Bliss, Rusty Nail and Orange Slice (PowderPuffs) chalk inks using makeup applicators.  I then added them to the center piece of the Oval Doily & Frame using pop dots.
