Bella Ornate Birdcage Card

Hello everyone, Cheryl here with a card I designed for CottageCutz using the Beautiful Bella Spring Corners, and the CottageCutz fancy Ornate Birdcage die.

On my card I first picked a super darling dp, and then decided to layer the Bella Spring corners from each corner to give an added layer over my dp. I love the loo it gives, and you are still able to see the design on the paper.
For the Birdcage I cut it in black, and then embossed it with a Black Embossing powder from Creative Inspiration Paints. I LOVE the look of embossing the diecutz and love that they are EASY to cut out!

CottageCutz photo's below are LINKED for easy finding in the store.

I next Used the Beautiful Ribbons and flowers that Really Reasonable Ribbon carries for my card today. This card was a super simple card to make, as there is no sewing and pretty much one layer of dp, so makes for a easy layout!

Thank you for looking and have a lovely day!
Hugs to all,
Cheryl

Yikes the weekend is over already and I was just getting started!!!  It's Carol here today and I have a CottageCutz card created with the wonderful dies from The Scrapping Cottage.  By the way, did you see the new releases-Halloween, Winter Wonderland, and Christmas Cheer.  Oh my goodness I am super excited about all of them.  They coordinate with last years releases perfectly!
For this card I used 5 CottageCutz dies.  Fancy Floral Lace Border, Fancy Floral Background, Fancy Ornate Birdcage, Greenery, and Tea Time Doily.  Here's a tip.  My Tea Time Doily was used so much that it wasn't cutting properly.  I replaced the foam cover and now it is cutting like it was brand spanking new.  Replace those foam pads if you find your die doesn't cut like it used to!
The Fancy Ornate Birdcage was mounted on the Tea Time Doily and a Team Time Doily was used as an embellishment behind these punched flowers.  The border around the outside of the card is a Martha Stewart Punch Around the Page set.
The flowers were created with a regular 5 rounded petal punch.  They were stamped with an old Stampin Up text stamp I picked up at a yard sale some time back.  Then Victorian Velvet Rangers Ink was sponged on the petals.
Thank you so much for dropping by today.  I hope you have a great week.   Take care and happy crafting.  Here are the dies I used:

Nativity Angel and Fancy Butterfly Vine

Hi there, Vladka here! This time I present you two simple cards for baptism.

Dies are perfect when there is no time and helps you to make quick, simple and cute card. This time CottageCutz Nativity Angel and Fancy Butterfly Vine dies were very helpful.

The second one I used twice: first I cut out the butterflies and used them on the front. The second die cut I used inside of the card.

These angel motives are so cute and they can also be used on the cards for other sacraments or for birth for example. I also used them for making bookmarks.

I wish you all great Sunday!

Bella Spring Tree with Fancy Lace Border and Ornate Birdcage

Good morning everyone and beautiful Friday to you all!

It's Simona here, sharing another card made with
beautiful CottageCutz Elites dies Bella Spring Tree,

For the tree I used white cardstock. But before I cut
the tree out I colored/distressed the top half of the paper
with different shades of green from light to dark and
for the bottom half of the paper I used different shades
of brown colors. Then I positioned the tree die on the
paper and cut it out.

Once the tree was cut out I took another piece of white
cardstock and glued the tree on it. Then I cut the paper
into three equal stripes and matted them onto the
brown cardstock. The Fancy Lace Border and the
Fancy Ornate Birdcage were cut out of white carstock.

I used brown cardstock for the base of my card and
some designer paper from my stash. I glued the pieces
in place onto the DP paper and added some satin ribbon.
Then I glued everything onto the base cardstock.

I cut out my sentiment and added Fancy Ornate Birdcage
cut outs to both of the sides. I sponged them before gluing.
Because the dies are so intricate with beautiful designs,
you can use them in so many different ways to make
your projects interesting and pretty.

The CottageCutz dies are so easy to use and you
ALWAYS end up with a beautiful result.
I hope you feel inspired and you'll try them out for
yourself.

Thanks for stopping by and see you soon!

Hugs,
Simona

Hi, Everyone! Today I have created a new card
for The Scrapping Cottagewith the

Here's my card:

For this card I cut the CottageCutz Scalloped Doily
two times, then scored it on evey scallop and in between,
made a cut on each one on one of the scallops
all the way to the middle to open it, then glued
them.  Liked the way it looks and gives more
dimension to the sweet sentiment.

Here's another view:

Fancy Floral Wishing You card

Hello Everyone from Olena.

Today I am sharing a Elegant Fancy Floral Wishing you card I created with Beautiful  Summer CottageCutz Collections 2013.

For this card I used only one NEW die cut from Summer Fancy Floral Collection 2013 - "Fancy Floral Background"die (4.5x4.5).

First, I cut background out using yellow cardstock. Then, I glued Elegant background to cranberry base card. For finish touches with background, I put small dots using white gel pen.

Next, I stamped sentiment on yellow card stock and cut out with label die.

I, also, added  cream ribbon around card and ribbon bow on bottom of sentiment as shown in picture above.

Have A Wonderful Weekend!

Fancy Cattails & Butterflies

Happy Monday everyone!

Kathy with you and today I have a card using a new die from CottageCutz called Fancy Cattails & Butterflies. Such a pretty little summer scene this is!

I cut out the die using Certainly Celery, then a piece of Real Red for the flowers that I cut and glued to it. The butterflies and cattails were cut with Solar White, colored with chalk inks and glued the main piece. This piece was glued to a white mat embossed with Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder that was matted with Real Red.

The white card base is matted with designer papers from Nana's Kitchen by DCWV. I then added some red ribbon and bow, adhesive pearls and White Opal Liquid Pearls for the flower centers.

Here is a picture of the die I used:
