Hello everyone, Cheryl here to share a card I designed yesterday using the Beautiful Fancy Floral's CottageCutz Elite Collection, along with the CottageCutz Oval Doily & Frame Die.

I absolutely LOVE this new assortment of Fancy Florals from The Scrapping Cottage Elites. I used the dies shown below for around my Oval piece, and then the Border for below. Love the look, and its nice to be able to pair them all together.

Note this is a CottageCutz made easy die, so comes with foam

I love adding layers to my cards, as Its fun to create with many layers. I also added some RRR Sweetheart flowers, and ribbon. The dp is old, and is from Crafty Secrets. I had some paper pads in my Card Stock cabinet that I forgot about, so had to pull them out :) Nice finding stuff you havent used in awhile, or in years....lol

Fancy Floral Wishing You card

Hello Everyone from Olena.

Today I am sharing a Elegant Fancy Floral Wishing you card I created with Beautiful  Summer CottageCutz Collections 2013.

For this card I used only one NEW die cut from Summer Fancy Floral Collection 2013 - "Fancy Floral Background"die (4.5x4.5).

First, I cut background out using yellow cardstock. Then, I glued Elegant background to cranberry base card. For finish touches with background, I put small dots using white gel pen.

Next, I stamped sentiment on yellow card stock and cut out with label die.

I, also, added  cream ribbon around card and ribbon bow on bottom of sentiment as shown in picture above.

Have A Wonderful Weekend!

Fancy Cattails & Butterflies

Happy Monday everyone!

Kathy with you and today I have a card using a new die from CottageCutz called Fancy Cattails & Butterflies. Such a pretty little summer scene this is!

I cut out the die using Certainly Celery, then a piece of Real Red for the flowers that I cut and glued to it. The butterflies and cattails were cut with Solar White, colored with chalk inks and glued the main piece. This piece was glued to a white mat embossed with Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder that was matted with Real Red.

The white card base is matted with designer papers from Nana's Kitchen by DCWV. I then added some red ribbon and bow, adhesive pearls and White Opal Liquid Pearls for the flower centers.

Here is a picture of the die I used:

Fancy Cattails & Butterflies

Hello everyone, and Happy Saturday to all!
Today I wanted to share my card using the Beautiful CottageCutz Bella Spring Corner and CottageCutz Fancy Cattails & Butterflies dies.

I wanted to share using the Corner pieces in a different way. I wanted them to be a beautiful background layer for my card. So with that being said. I decided to use 4 of them, placed them centered on my 2 other layers, so they would look like a background cutout. So the corners are all 4 in the center of my card, of course spread out, so it could cover both layers. LOVE the look!

For the sentiment piece, I used the CottageCutz Oval Doily and Frame. It was a piece I had stamped on but had stamped a large sentiment crooked. However I save everything, and recycled it by cutting the bottom off and using it to stamp a new sentiment of course smaller....heheheheehehe LOVE Recycling :)

Here are the CottageCutz Elites I used:

For the CottageCutz Fancy Cattails & Butterflies piece, I just cut it out in the matching card stock, and then dusted it at different layers on it. I wanted it to stand out on my card. Design Paper is OLD Crafty Secrets Earthy Pack. The sentiment is SU!

Thank you for looking and have a lovely weekend!
Hugs to all,
Cheryl

Hello crafters. It's Carol and today I want to share with you a project I made with the beautiful Cottage Cutz dies.  These dies are so fun to work with.  For this card I used the Fancy Floral Butterfly Corner and the Filigree Butterfly Trio,
The Fancy Floral Butterfly Corner and Butterflies are real sparkly.  I painted the corners with glue and sprinkled with Martha Stewart Glitter.  It's hard to capture the details of this card but I ran the black card stock through a crimper and embossed the white middle band.
Black and White is always so elegant.  Don't you just love how lacy the corners look with this corner die.  Thanks so much for stopping by today.  Hope you have a wonderful craft filled day!  Here are the dies used:

Spring Treehouse

Hi, Vladka here today with you!

Tree is perfect place to hide from the world and time and to catch the moments of peace and pleasures. I wanted to catch such moment in my card and for this I used CottageCutz  Spring Treehouse die. First I've coloured it with Distress Inks (Walnut Stain, Vintage Photo in Forest Moss). Then I've embossed it with clear embossing powder and tree gets the shine and special look. I love the results. I also added a piece of fence, which I cut out with Picket Fence Border die and also coloured it with Distress Inks. Simple and special. I hope you like it.

It is really hot here in our little country these days and this could be excuse to catch some more moments of peace, with some good book in one hand and with a cool drink in the other. Have a nice day.

Fancy Floral Lace Border and Filigree Butterfly

Hello... It's me (Simona) with you again with another card
for The Scrapping Cottage Blog. With today's card
I am showcasing beautiful
from the Fancy Floral Release.

I cut the Fancy Floral Lace Border 4x out of white cardstock.
Then I stitched it by hand onto the colored cardstock
as seen on the photo above.
I cut the butterflies once out of white cardstock.
I used two different shaped butterflies and layered
them together. I distressed the edges of the butterflies
with Distress Ink - rusty hinge and also added some
clear glue glitter. At the end I used some white liquid pearls.

Since I didn't want to place the sentiment on the front
of the card, I also did the inside of the card this time.
I masked one of the butterflies with rusty hinge distress ink.
Then I used the oval doily die and stamped my
sentiment "From Someone who cares".

A close up.

Here are some more photos taken from a different angle.

Thank you for stopping by today!

Hugs,
Simona
