CottageCutz Gazebo Wedding Card

Welcome to another edition of the beautiful CottageCutz Collection Creations.  It's Carol here today with an Easel Card using the Garden Gazebo, Bella Spring Wreath, Fancy Floral Corner #2, Garden Butterflies, and the Best Wishes Expression Dies.
Burlap is just the rage right now for weddings so I just had to go with using it on this Wedding themed card.  I have both burlap and Kraft cardstock for contrast.
At the base The Gazebo has been painted with glitter glue and glittered with fine white glitter.  I used a few little rhinestones to sparkle it up and used the Bella Spring Wreath to frame it.
At the base the Garden Butterfly was glittered as well and mounted on a circle base to highlight the design.

The Fancy Floral #2 Corner is used for lace effect.  Lots of texture and layers are displayed on this card.

Thank you so much for dropping by todday to view this CottageCutz Wedding card.  It was a pleasure to welcome you and show you how to use those gorgeous CottageCutz dies.  Until next time enjoy you day and Happy Crafting!  Here are the dies used in this project:

To the Moon and back

Hi, all. Vladka here!
Today I have Wedding card for you. Idea came up, when I first saw CottageCutz Wedding release. And beside, I wanted to try technique with embossing and watercolors.
So, first I masked watercolor paper with the masking tape and embossed open area with little stars and embossing powder and then I colored the surface with blue watercolor to create the sky. Moon was cut out with two circle dies and sentiment is printed. I thought that it will be funny if I hang both Attire (Bridal Attire and Groom Attire) on the Moon.
So, this is how one not typical wedding card was created.
Have a nice Sunday! By.

Sweet Spring Kitty June Calendar

Hello everyone, and Happy Saturday to all!
Today I am sharing another Month for my Desk Calendar I have in my Kitchen. For each Month I have covered the chipboard piece that had its month's name on it. I didnt care for the colors on them, so thought it would be cute to cover it and then design each month in my style. For the month of June I use the CottageCutz Sweet Spring Kitty in Basket, she is my Favorite kitty!

So for the June page, I covered it in Garden Party design paper from the Pebbles Line. For the CottageCutz I used the darling Sweet Spring Kitty & Picket Fence Border. LOVE them both!!!  I used all Really Reasonable Ribbon on this, and some beautiful lace too from the Really Reasonable Ribbon store. I also used the beautiful sweet Sweetheart Blossoms from RRR as well.

The sweet kitty is a CottageCutz die, and is dusted and colored with copics. I also used the CottageCutz Picket Fence Border from The Scrapping Cottage.

JUNE is done in Thickers, !!

On the page with the tag, I left it pretty plain, and those tags come out of the pocket, I will add 2 photo's on this page. All the tags, banner, and ladybug came from the embellishments that match the design paper. The page with the calendar has leave trims in Moss Green and PINK. The borders going down the sides are from The Scrapping Cottage and are the CottageCutz Sweetheart Border. I also added some of the Sweetheart Blossoms to the vine of leaves.

This page here was added by me. I made it to fit this calendar, just by measuring the chipboard page that came with this desktop calendar set. I figured it could be replace, if I get bored with it next year. However I will keep the front pages the same, as I did add more details to it. I could also just add a calendar over this one if I wanted to, so other options are available for this.

Now to work on another :) I will share it when done!!
Thank you for looking and have a wonderful day!
Hugs to all,
Cheryl

Sew what's new?

Hello dear CottageCutz crafters from Simona again!

Today's post is all about sewing... :). I love
combining gorgeous CottageCutz dies and creating
cards. I am always so pleased with beautiful
results and they are so easy to achieve with
CottageCutz dies. This time I used

All the dies were cut out of white card stock and
colored with distress ink pads and markers. I use
markers to color the smaller pieces.

Here is a close up photo how I arranged the dies
on the card... :).

I love using embossing folders on my cards to add
the texture.

Here is a side view of the card.

I hope you liked today's post and found some
inspiration in it.

Take care and see you all next time.

Hugs,
Simona

Mr. Snuggles Americana Treat Bag

Hello everyone, today I'm sharing a treat bag made for The Scrapping Cottage using the darling Mr. Snuggles teddy bear. He is my Favorite teddy, just LOVE him!!!

I've wanted to use these super darling treat bags I got from American Crafts, they go with the American Line from Pebbles. I also used the Pen Pal line from from Pink Paislee, love both of these. The Super Cute Teddy is Mr. Snuggles and is a CottageCutz die and is dusted with distressed ink, and then I added a watermelon sticker to him. He is my favorite teddy!!!
The Really Reasonable Ribbon works PERFECT with both lines. I LOVE the ribbon for my bow, it reminds me of the american flag, its called "Flag Grosgrain Ribbon", next I used the Mini Pom Poms in blue, and the Lace is Gabrielle off white, and is absolutely beautiful!!\
All the stickers I used are from the paper collections I used that are listed above.

Thank you for looking and have a super nice day!
Hugs to all,
Cheryl

Happy Father's Day

Happy Monday!

Kathy with you, and today I have a Father's Day card for you using HappyFather's Day, and Canadian Goose CottageCutz Dies!

To create my card, I started with a black card base and added a Kraft mat that was embossed with the Square Lattice Embossing Folder and inked with Creamy Cocoa and Java Chalk Inks.  A smaller mat was made with Chance Designer Paper that was matted with Black.

The dies were cut with black, Natural White, Kraft, and Crushed Olive Distressed Papers and inked with Creamy Cocoa and Java Chalk Inks.  I added the sentiment pieces by running them through my Xyron Machine.  The other pieces were glued together and then added to the smaller mat using pop dots.  Then I just added a button with a twine bow.

These are the dies I used.

CottageCutz Wedding Pillow Box

Happy Crafting everyone and welcome.   This is Carol and today is a project to share with a wedding theme.  I just adore making favors and little boxes for gift giving.  There's going to be a wedding in my family the beginning of next year, so I am in the throws of lots of crafting.  The latest and popular trend is "Rustic" Weddings with burlap and canning jars as part of the decorations.  It can be very elegant.
As you can see here the white contrast very beautifully with the burlap fabric.  The pillow bow was created with the We R Memory Keepers Pillow Box Board.  It's 6 x 6-quick and easy to make especially if you need to make lots of them!
The butterfly has been glittered and so has the flower-love me some sparkle on this.  Also there is some silver bling strands on either side of the burlap.  It helps it to stay put and not fray.  Burlap frays pretty easy so you have to think of creative ways to create with it to keep it in tact on your projects.  Thank you so much for visiting and taking a look.  It's been a pleasure to share an idea for wedding favors with you.  Hope it gives you inspiration to create something wonderful for you and your family.  Until next time.....Happy Crafting.  Here are the dies I used:
