Happy New Year gift tag!

Hello Everyone and Happy New Year from Olena!!!

Today I am sharing my new gift tag I created with beautiful CottageCutz Collections of dies.

 For this project I used Fancy Insert tag and Snowflake Border dies. 

 

First, I cut tag out using design paper. Sponge edges with yellow ink and stamped sentiment. Next, I cut snowflake border out. Then, I separated each snowflakes using scissor. Sponged the edges with light yellow craft ink and glued on the tag.

 

 

I, also, added  red rhinestones on center of snowflakes and yellow ribbon on tag.  
  

For this project I used:

Boxwood Vine Wreath and Cup of Latte

Kathy here with you and today I have two projects to show you!  First, is a card using the Boxwood Vine Wreath die and stamps.

I cut the die pieces using pink, green, and brown card stock.  After cutting the banner in pink, I stamped it with the "Merry Christmas" stamp from the set in black ink.  The pieces were shaped and inked before assembling.  I arranged them all on a white snowflake embossed background to make it all pop.

The second project is a gift card holder that I made using the Cup of Latte and Fancy Envelope Dies. Here is one side with the latte cups.  (The green is a little brighter in the picture than it should be, it's actually the same green as in the card.)

Here is the other side with the flap and velcro enclosure.

The Fancy Envelope base is cut with Certainly Celery card stock.  The pieces are cut with white, pink card stock, and the Merry Little Christmas designer paper by My Mind's Eye.  I then added a little lace, twine, and buttons to embellish it.

Mr. Snuggles Hugs

Hello everyone, today I am sharing CottageCutz Mr. Snuggles, he is absolutely DARLING!!! I just love this little bear!

Mr. Snuggles is cut with white card stock and colored with copics. Next all the Woodland Pine tree's were cut with a green from AC Card stock "Earth Tones" pack. I then distressed them with a distressed ink in green.

My design paper is also AC, and was sewn with brown thread. Next I added some seam binding in blue and brown to create a big bow! The HUGS is a brad, i just cut the shank off the back and glued it on. I love the colors on this card, withe the darling Mr. Snuggles and all the Woodland Tree's.

CottageCutz Coin Mini Album

Greetings everyone.  Hope you have a Merry and Bright Christmas.  This is something I wished to share with you.  I got the idea from a little gift that I wanted to make the bank teller I visit everyday for work reasons.  So guess what?  It's made from Quarter Roll wrappers and it's a mini album....lol  I asked her for a handful and told her when I brought it back to her she would not recognize them.  This so super cute.  It's my third one and it's such a great ornament.  Here you see it hanging in my tree.

 Here you see it fanned out showing the pages.  I can picture making one a year and writing my Christmas memories on the tags.  If you get creative you can cut up your pictures and attach them inside as well.

 

 

The first page has a little tag behind the tree and deer.  The second page show the tag that was made to go inside the coin wrapper.  It's been stamped and embossed with white ink.  The little snowman is from the Homemade Christmas Gift Set. 

 

The ice skates are my absolute favorite in this release.  They are just darling.  The "Joy" center on the snowflake is also from the Homemade Christmas Gift Set.

Latte Love

This is my last post for this year and it was such fun to play with Scrapping Cottage dies all year. 

For my "coffee love" card I used following dies: Hot Drink Cup, Cup of Latte and Tweet Love. There is no such thing like good cup of coffee and I love it with milk, this is why I put "latte" on the cup. 

So, let's grab cup of coffee and relax. There is just couple of days till new year and I wish you all  happy New Year!
