Birthday Blessings Card

It's Kathy here with you today! I hope you are all having a wonderful Mother'sDay! Today I have a birthday card to show you using the Oval Doily & Frame, Plumeria & Leaves and Garden Tabs CottageCutz Dies.

For my card, I started with a white card base and added a piece of green patterned paper to the upper portion. I then embossed the front and wrapped a piece of ribbon around the card. I cut the Oval Doily & Frame with white cardstock, stamped the sentiment on the smaller piece, and added it to the card base with pop dots.

The Plumeria & Leaves and Garden Tabs were cut with white cardstock and colored with Persimmon and Aloe Vera Chalk Inks using makeup applicators. I shaped the flowers and leaves and added lines on the flowers with a stylus. I arranged these around the doily with glue and glue dots.

The bird is made using the Garden Tabs Die that I cut with white cardstock and colored with chalk inks. I added this to the doily with pop dots. Adhesive pearls were added along with a little glitter using Paper Glaze. I then added a bow with a pearl brad for the center.

These are the dies I used.

Hi Everyone!  It's Lisa here today and I am sharing a card I created featuring CottageCutz Scalloped Doily, Vintage Dress Form,  Butterfly Mini and Fancy Insert Tag Dies.

I used a Cuttlebug embossing folder for the background design. I then stamped my Fancy Insert Tag with some Distress Ink. The Vintage Dress Form was die cut twice. The first time I didn't put put much pressure on it so the die made an impression but didn't pop out all the little pieces. Then the second time I cut it with all the pieces popped out. The scalloped doily and mini butterfly are the perfect accents here!

I layered on dress form over the other. This would look great too with a contrasting paper for one of the die cuts. I stamped the sentiment and small rose buds. It was my first attempt at coloring with Copics. I just got a small starter set and only have a handful of colors. I also have no idea what I'm doing but I love them!

Thanks for taking a peek!

Butterfly Confectionery Bag

Hello everyone, today I am sharing the DARLING CottageCutz Large Confectionery Bag , along with a few other CottageCutz designs.  I love these little bags, they are super CUTE!!!

So for my bag I used Card stock to cut it out, then distressed it, and covered it with dp. Next I cut out  flowers from the CottageCutz "Tree of Nature" die, layered them, and added a pearl drop to the center. I love the Mini Picket Fence, and it works perfect on this bag. My butterfly was cut using the dp from EP collection and I distressed it too. Its popped off of the Doily Mini. Ribbons are from Really Reasonable Ribbon. And for the inside I cut 2 tags. I think these would make great invites,Thank You's, and perfect for giving a gift card.

Thank you for looking and have a lovely weekend!

Also HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY to all the Mommy's out there!!! Enjoy!!

Greetings my blogging friends and welcome to another addition of CottageCutz dies.  Today I am showcasing the Confectionery Bags in Large, Medium, and Small.
This is the Large Confectionery Bag.  The inside has the Scallop Insert Card/Tag.  The Doily Mini and Teapot Mini were used to decorate the bag along with the Greenery Die and some tiny Prima flowers that were distressed with Victorian Velvet ink.
This is the Confectionery Bag Medium.  I used matching dies to coordinate with the set.   The idea of using these in a mini album was the thought behind these sweet little bag creations.  I just love a tea theme too.  Really pretty for a Mother's Day Gift or Album.
Last but not least is the Confectionery Bag Small.  This is so cute and so tiny-it's just adorable.
Thank you so much for stopping by today to view my creations.  I really appreciate it.  Have a wonderful day doing things that make you happy!  These are the dies I used:

Ornate Door

Hello, Vladka here again! I hope you are having good time!
This 'N That release is really so various, that can be use for all different paper projects. I know we are still far away from Christmas, but this beautiful door associated me on this time of the year. It was a time, when I love to create and cut furniture from paper and put them on cards. I was using just my scissors for that. But with new This 'N That release and Ornate Door die everything is easier. I completed my card with some greenery and hanging heart
It is really interesting how I didn't want to use hearts on my projects before, but now they are almost on all my cards, tags... That is the proof how we are changing.

I wish you wonderful day!

Victorian Window and Spring Butterfly Notecard

Hello everyone!
Here I am (Simona) with a new card showcasing beautiful
CottageCutz dies from CottageCutz This N That release -

I decided to make another step card... :).
The base of the card was cut out of brown cardstock.

The Spring Butterfly Notecard was cut out of BoBunny County
Garden collection and then dry embossed with a brick
embossing folder. Once embossed I inked it lightly
with Dried marigold Ranger Ink
to give the bricks a little bit more depth.
I also cut the notecard once
out of brown cardstock and glued it to the back of the BoBunny
notecard, to make it sturdier.

As you can see at the back I used the negative cut out from the same
paper and placed another DP behind it.

Victorian Window was cut out of white cardstock and colored
with copics.

and positioned it where I wanted it to be. Then I drew
the lines with a pencil on the inside of the window.
I removed the victorian window and placed the butterfly notecard
on my cutting mat. Then I took the X-Acto knife and cut
out the window slightly bigger then where I drew the lines.
Then I glued the window in place.

On the inside of the card I glued Vintage Chair with 3D pop dots
and also one of the birds from Victorian Birdbath.
I also used the same birds and place them on the outside of the card.
The birds were cut out of white cardstock and sponged with
Dried marigold and Mustard seed Ranger Inks.

To finish the card I used Ivy and Grass Border.
Everything was cut out of white cardstock and
sponged with Peeled paint Ranger ink.

Here is a side view of the card.

Thank you for stopping by. Hope you have a lovely day.

Hugs,
Simona
