Happy Easter

Hello everyone, and Happy Easter to all!
Today I wanted to share a card I made using the Darling New CottageCutz Springtime Release. I absolutely LOVE this collection of dies. For my card today I have chosen to use 2 of the New Springtime Dies, and 2 older CottageCutz Dies.

I used the CottageCutz Happy Easter Egg, cut it out in pink, and then framed it with the CottageCutz Fancy Floral Scroll die in white.
The Bunny Trio Border was cut in Green Card Stock and then in the Same design paper, but I used the backside print. I wanted the bunnies and flowers to be a different pattern.
CottageCutz Dies Used:

The design paper is an OLD K&Company paper pack. I had some pieces in the pad, and decided to use them up. Next I used MS punch around the page for the layer. And lastly I used the CottageCutz Sweetheart Border for the border on the top layer. Ribbon is Really Reasonable Ribbons Seam Binding, and lastly for embellishing, I used some Dew Drops, and a brad for the bow.

Thank you for stopping by, and Hope you have a Very Happy Easter!
Hugs to all,
Cheryl

CottageCutz Spring Scene 2

Hello everyone, and Happy Thursday to all! Today I wanted to share with you all the CottageCutz Spring Scene 2 die. I love this sweet bunny die, they are absolutely darling.

I cut them out using design paper in a blue polka dot pattern. Kept it super simple, and just layered it on a swirl white card stock. For the frame under it, i used CottageCutz Oval Doily & Frame Die, and just cut it in half to place one piece at the bottom and the other at the top.

The Border around the next layer is a punch around the page. and then below that is the back side of the Polka Dot design paper, its a chevron print.

Lastly I added some half backed dots in white to embellish my card.

This was a super simple card to make, as there is no sewing, and really no embellishments.

CottageCutz Happy Easter Card

Hello everyone and welcome to another CottageCutz design team project.  Today it's Carol here.  I would like to share with you this lovely Easter Card made with the beautiful Easter Collection dies from The Scrapping Cottage.
For this card the CottageCutz  Happy Easter Egg die  was used cut on blue cardstock and the Vine die cut on green cardstock.  The paper used is an older stack for DCWV called The Blossom Song.  I just loved that stack.  I made quite a few projects with it and am still using the small pieces I have left.
For the card base Romantic Rectangles was used-you can find tutorials on youtube that show you how to cut the die to create a card.  The Happy Easter Egg die from CottageCutz was mounted on Parisian Motifs from Spellbinders.   The flower is Spellbinders Gerber Daisy die.   It was so fun to create to.

Thank you so much for joining me today.  Hope you found some inspiration to create your own Easter Cards.  Until next time......Happy Crafting.  See you soon!  The CottageCutz dies used as follows:

Mushroom House

Hi, all! Vladka here!
When I'm not in the perfect mood to create a card or I don't have much time, I like to create simple one. Clean and simple cards are special and they are always good challenge to say something with little stuff.
So, I used this cute little Mushroom House die and cut it out twice: with white and red cardstock and glued everything together. Background was created with water, brush and green and blue Distress inks. For final touch I added sentiment and card was finished.
I hope you like it.
Have a great weekend!

Miss Lily Garden Bunny Treat Bag

Hello everyone, I've been on a roll using the Springtime CottageCutz Release. I just LOVE them all! So for today I made a Treat Bag for Easter using the Darling Cottagecutz Miss Lily Garden Bunny Die, along with a few other CottageCutz dies.

I started with a treat bag, then added some design paper, border, and some ric rac. Next I layered with CottageCutz dies, and added some trim, and ric rac to the bottom of the bag. The bows were made using seam binding, and lastly I added some gem hearts that I had laying around.

CottageCutz Dies Used all are linked to the Scrapping Cottage.

Thank you for looking and have a lovely day!

Greetings Crafters.   It's Carol here today.   Well the day has finally come.  This card was created for my Son for his Wedding with the gorgeous Cottage Cutz dies from last years Wedding Collection.  I just loved that release-so many pretty themed dies to chose from.
This is the box I created to house the easel card.  I showed this to my husband.  I said see the card I made for Wesley,....he said that's not a card it's a box....lol  He's right!!!  The box is 6 x 6 x 2.  My flowers are pretty chunky on the card so I had to create the box to accommodate them.  For decorating the top of the box I used CottageCutz Bride & Groom die and the Wedding Day Expressions Die.
This is the easel card.  I used the Spellbinders Spiral Blossom One to create the flowers.  Of course, I had to use burlap as that is part of their Wedding theme.
The top of the easel card showcases the Wedding Rings die from CottageCutz.  I cut it out on kraft card stock and the diamond and bow was cut on white cardstock  I glittered the bow and the diamond for contrast.  There are little rolled burlap roses tucked in with the Spellbinders roses.
For the bottom of the easel card I used the Elegant Champagne Glass Cottage Cutz Die and the Mr. & Mrs. Expressions Die.  Isn't that pretty!  I made this so that a little envelope tucks in behind that die cut.  I will put my sentiment and gift in there.
Thank you so much for visiting today.  I sure to appreciate it.  Until next time, Happy Crafting.  See you again soon!
