Springtime Bunny

Hello everyone and Happy Saturday to all! Today I am sharing a card I made using the DARLING CottageCutz "Springtime Bunny" from the Scrapping Cottage "Garden Delight Release" found here. LOVE this darling little bunny, she is super CUTE!!!!

I also used the CottageCutz Sweet Love Doily, and the CottageCutz Sweetheart Border for my card today. These both are from the "Sweet Love" Release that can be found here. Also the photo's below are linked to the dies at the Scrapping Cottage for easy finding.

For the CottageCutz Springtime bunny, I cut her out in white and then dusted her with distressed ink. Next I colored her cheeks, ears, and flowers all with copic markers. Her eyes were done with Viva Pearl Pen in black. For the Doily and border I just left them white, as they pop layered on the greens. I made my card also for Really Reasonable Ribbons "Show me the Green" challenge. :)

I LOVE all the NEW dies in the "Garden Delight" Release! If you haven't had a chance to see them, you can find them all HERE :)

Thank you for looking and have a super awesome weekend!!
Hugs to all,
Cheryl

Garden Floral Frame & Butterfly Egg

Hello again....

It's Simona with you today with a NEW card made for
with beautiful dies from the

Another quick and easy card to put together.
I found the inspiration to make this card in Kathy's card

I used plain white card stock, Bearly Mine digital paper and
some glitter paper form my stash. I cut Garden Floral Frame
and Garden Butterfly Egg out of pink Bearly Mine digital paper.
The Garden Butterfly Egg I cut out once again out of
purple glitter paper.

I placed a purple Butterfly Egg cut out on top of the
pink Butterfly Egg cut out and cut out the butterfly with
the scissors. That way I got exactly the same cut out of
the butterfly. This is important since I replaced the purple
butterfly with the pink one and glued everything on a white
embossed card stock. Then I used the purple glittered
butterfly as a 3D on top of the pink butterfly ( I hope
that makes sense... :)).

Since those Filigree detailed butterfly egg die and
Garden Floral Frame die are such gorgeous
cuts I didn't want to add much more. I wanted them
to be the focal point of the card. So I just added
some Premium Gemstones and drew some faux
stitching pattern with a purple marker.

I hope you feel inspired to do some crafting...

Thank you for stopping by today and
wish you all a lovely day!

Hugs,
Simona

Hedgehog Friends

Hi all, Vladka here today!
We all know how important friends are, but in the craziness of life we sometimes forget about them because we don´t have enough time, but we know that best friends are always there. We can always count on them and this feeling is something what makes our life much easier. It doesn´t matter how long we don´t see each other, but when we do, it is like it was yesterday. There is always so much to talk about, so much common memories to remember and it is always fun to hang out with friends. And the most important they are always there when we need them. So, this card is perfect way to tell your best friend how important is he/she to you. And you have to admit, it is also a cute way to do it.
I combined following Scrapping Cottage dies together to create this card with fall look: Spring HedgehogsBuild a grapevine wreath and Mushrooms mini.
It is always fun to use different dies and combined them together.
I wish you all one funny day!

For you card

Today, I am sharing a Love card. I created with Beautiful CottageCutz Collections of dies.

For this card I used NEW "Floral Doily (4x4) die.

For this card I used Beautiful Doily die. Just, cut doily out, sponge the edges and glued to cranberry background.

For sentiment, I stamped sentiment on white paper using cranberry ink, cut out and put on doily using foam squares for dimensions.
Decorated card with ribbon, clear Dew Drops and white half craft pearls.
For this project I used:

Love You Much

Happy Saturday!

Kathy here with you!  Today I have a card to show you using 3 CottageCutz Dies from The Scrapping Cottage.  The Garden Delight Butterflies (from the new Garden Delight release), Scallop Insert Card/Tag, and Pink Peony Flower.

All the die pieces were cut with white card stock.  I colored the flower using Pink Grapefruit, Aloe Vera Chalk Inks (VersaMagic) and Amaretto Chalk Ink (PowderPuffs).  The pieces were shaped using a tool kit and mat and then glued together.  I added the flower to a tag that I stamped with a sentiment using black ink.  I used a "Love You Much" sentiment, but I think this would be a pretty wedding card too.

I originally  started this as just a tag, but then decided to place it on an embossed card using pop dots.  I kind of like the way it looks!  The card base is white and then the embossed piece is 3/16" smaller and added with pop dots.  After glueing everything in place, I added some Diamond Stickles, White Opal Liquid Pearls, a button, and some pearl floss.

These are the dies I used:

Hunter's Birthday Card

Hello everyone!

I (Simona) am back to share another creation for
The Scrapping Cottage blog.
to make this card for my uncle's 70th Birthday,
who celebrated on February 9th.
He loves hunting and had joined the Hunting club
over 40 years ago.

It was so easy to put all the pieces from the die together.
All I had to do is to cut out the die from the white card stock
and colored the pieces using Distress Ink pads and black
copic marker.

I love using design paper on my project and the background
layer is from Bearly Mine Designs paper. For the circle I used
retired die Circles w/ Eyelets.

Hope you like it... :)

Hugs,
Simona

CottageCutz Springtime Friends

Hello everyone and Happy Thursday to all! Today I have a springtime card to share using the DARLING CottageCutz Dies from the "Garden Delight Release" from the Scrapping Cottage found here.

On my card I used the DARLING CottageCutz "Springtime Friends" die, and cut all pieces in white, then colored with copics. LOVE these little friends as they are super CUTE!!!

Next I cut the tree in white as well, then colored all the flowers, butterflies, and bird with copics as well. I next added some pearls to the centers of all the flowers in tree. Love how this one turned out. The CottageCutz Sweetheart border is from the Sweet Love Release and I LOVE this border die, its perfect for all my cards and projects!

The Design Paper is some that I bought at the American Craft warehouse sale, so I wanted to use it, as it reminds me of springtime :)

I thank you for stopping by and hope you have a super awesome day!
