Spring atmosphere

Hi all, Vladka here with you today!
It is time for Spring. Garden Delight release helped me to create this atmosphere on my card. I used  Garden Birdhouse Tree and Spring Birdhouse dies and colored them with different Distress Inks.
Time is precious thing and we need to spend it wisely. And every spring I feel like I have a little more time. Probably because of the longer days, but anyway, feeling is good and I manage to do more things as in winter. And I also love this time, because this are the first days of the year when I can go outside and enjoy my cup of coffee. Trees with first blossoms and singing birds are perfect company.
Enjoy your days and spend the time wisely!

2 cards/Sweet Spring Duckling & Spring Peepers Card

Hello everyone, and Happy Monday to all!
Today I have 2 cards to share with you all. Both were designed for  The Scrapping Cottage using the Darling CottageCutz "Garden Delight" Release.

I used all CottageCutz dies. I LOVE these dies, as the are sooooo DARLING and unique. I used the super sweet CottageCutz Spring DucklingCottageCutz Garden Poppies, and then the CottageCutz Sweetheart Border on my card for today.
The Spring Duckling and Garden Poppies were both cut with white card stock, and then colored with copics markers.

I so LOVE the colors of my card. I love PINK and love the different shades of blues on this pattern paper. I used the Beautiful American Crafts /Pebbles Design Paper Pad called "Garden Party", then used the Beautiful shimmery Satin Ribbon from Really Reasonable Ribbon. I also used the Sweetheart Blossom flower, and button from RRR as well.
Really Reasonable Ribbon Supplies:

I absolutely LOVE this darling CottageCutz Easter Cupcake Peepers. They are absolutely the CUTEST!!!!!

The DARLING Bunny Peeper is a CottageCutz Die and is called Easter Cupcake Peepers. These are absolutely darling, and I LOVE them! My bunny was cut out in a light cream or light brown color, then I distressed the edges with the duster and ink. Next I colored the cheeks with pink, and added white dots. The eyes were done with the Viva Pearl Pen. And lastly I glued a flower on to make her a girl.....hehehehe

The border I used is the CottageCutz Sweetheart Border from the Sweet Love collection. This is one of my favorite borders. I seem to use it often.

My card is ALL Spring, the Ribbon used was from this months  RRR  Club assortment, and the Dp is from American Crafts Garden Party. the cupcake piece of Design paper is from DCWV it was a leftover piece.Love when I use up scraps! Flowers and leaves are also from Really Reasonable Ribbon,
Be sure to stop by the Scrapping Cottage to see the newest releases, they are absolutely darling as well!  CottageCutz "Springtime Treasures" & "Expressions" are the 2 newest Releases!
I hope you all have a super awesome day!!
Hugs to all!

Elegant Hat Box Accordion Card

Hello everyone!

It's time for the NEW post from me (Simona).
Today I have an Accordion card for you.
I wanted to make this card for ages and  finally
I got to it... :). This is the experimental one, so be
sure to see more of that to come.

I used beautiful CottageCutz
Elegant Hat Box die for this card.

To make the card base I used Sizzix Bigz Album,
Accordion Flip 3-D die from Karen Burniston.
Since this was my first attempt I went for the simple
version... :).

Elegant Hat Box die was cut out of white card stock.
I used Distress Ink pads to color the cut pieces and glued
them together.

Here is a close up from the hat box.

Just added the sentiment and voila... all done!

Thank you for stopping by!

Wish you all a beautiful day!

Hugs,
Simona

Wedding gift tag

Today I am sharing with you my another Wedding gift tag I created with beautiful CottageCutz Collections of dies.

For my project I used Fancy Insert tag and Pink Peony Flower dies.
Very easy to make this gift tag.

First, I cut tag out using white card stock. Than, I make a background using polka dots background stamp and sentiment stamp. Next, cut Peony flower images out using white card stock, sponges the edges with pink craft ink and glued together. Decorated gift tag with ribbon and pearls.

For this project I used:

Happy Easter

Happy Wednesday!

Today I have an Easter card for you using 3 of the new Garden Delight Dies from The Scrapping Cottage!

I've used the Garden Floral FrameGarden Delight Butterflies, and the Garden Butterfly Vine.  All the pieces were die cut with white card stock and colored with chalk inks (Aloe Vera & Pink Grapefruit VersaMagic) and make up applicators.  This is a quick technique I like to use sometimes on the more "lacy" type dies.  It doesn't need to be perfect, just add some color wherever you like!

Here is a close up of the beautiful dies:

I glued the die pieces to a white mat that was stamped with a sentiment and embossed with a folder.  I then added a mat using Lime Granita (Coredinations) and popped it on a white card base.   The butterfly was slightly shaped with my fingers, glued down by the body only so the wings came up and decorated with a little bit of Diamond Stickles on the edges.  White Opal Pearls were also added to the butterfly body and flower centers.  To finish the card, I added a small bow and adhesive pearl.
