Valentine Release DT Samples (Part 3)

Hello Scrapping Cottage friends! Thanks for taking the time to stop and visit today. We are sampling DT cards from the brand new Valentine & St Patrick's Day release. There are 16 new designs in this release. And for a limited time the individual dies are on sale at 25% off.

This is Day 3 of the new release sample, so if you haven't seen the other 2 days click here and here. The design team has been showing some creative work  using these new dies.  So let's get started with the cards for today.

Card 1: Our first sample for today is from Jeanne Knobbe. She used the Love Latte & Donut die along with the largest of the Stitched Eyelet Rectangle dies.  The designer paper on her cups really give that upscale look to her card. The "coffee" in the cups was sponged with a chocolate ink for such a realistic look. She used some dimensional adhesive on the right cup to make it pop. This card has such feminine appeal and could be sent to your Mom, sister or your bestie. You could change out the paper on the cups to give it a masculine vibe. The die also includes a donut and the end of a tea bag. So it works for all your tea or donut loving friends as well.
Card 2: Our next sample is from Sukie Dhillon. She used the Valentine Hedgehog to create this super cute card She used some non-traditional colors for her Valentine card that would make it perfect to send to the special guy in your life. Her scene was framed on the Double Stitched Square die set and completed with a fun sentiment. Don't you just love the adorable hedgehog all busy with his paint brush? He really got creative for his love on Valentine's Day!

Card 3: The last sample for today is one that I (Mary Marsh) created using the Lovebug Butterfly and Valentine Phrase & More dies.  The butterfly is framed with the Sweetheart Doilies die. I made this card with the idea that it would be given  to your special someone. But, with a change of patterned paper this could easily be a Valentine for a child. This cute little butterfly would touch anyone's heart.

Well, that's our samples for today. I hope the team has given you some inspiration on ways to use these new dies. And, if you are contemplating a purchase, don't wait to long, The dies are on sale for a limited time.

Stop by again tomorrow for more team samples.

Valentine Release DT Samples (Part 1)

Hello Scrapping Cottage friends! Thanks for taking the time to stop and visit today. We are sampling DT cards from the brand new Valentine & St Patrick's Day release. There are 16 new designs in this release. And for a limited time the individual dies are on sale at 25% off.

For the next several days, we will be featuring samples from the design team using these new dies. We wanted to  give you some creative ideas for using the dies. So let's get started with the cards for today.

Card 1: Our first sample today is from Sukie Dhillon. She is featuring the new Valentine Cottage and Valentine Phrases & More dies This sweet Valentine cottage is so welcoming with its whimsical appeal. Her use of patterned papers adds the perfect amount of "curb appeal". She added some touches of sparkle and the sentiment connects everything together. By switching out the colors of the die cuts you could easily turn this card into a house warming or Christmas card.
Card 2: Our next sample is from Pam MacKay. She used the cute Be My Valentine Puppies die to create this sweet card. How special would this be for your sweetheart, your daughter or granddaughter? Her use of red foil adds the right touch for the "be my valentine" sentiment and the small red hearts. It's also a lovely accent for the pink gingham patterned paper.  Notice the sentiment banner, it's a part of this new die.
Card 3: The final sample for today is from Jeanne Knobbe. She used the Lovebug Bee & Ladybug die to create this super cute Valentine card.  The punny sentiment was made with the help of the Stitched Alphabet die. She framed her bee image with a stitched circle die. Gingham paper is so on trend right now and she used a narrow piece to bring some appeal to her clean and classy design.  Her card is one of those that could be sent to a child or adult or male or female.
Well, that's our samples for today. I hope the team has given you some inspiration on ways to use these new dies. And, if you are contemplating a purchase, don't wait to long, The dies are on sale for a limited time.
