CottageCutz Halloween Night Scene & Giveaway

Welcome friends and papercrafts to this Spooky card creation.  This is such a fun project to me.  This style card is called a Funky Fold.  The basic instructions were followed, but the ends were made 2-1/2" wide and just mounted on the regular ends of the card.
This is the CottageCutz Halloween Night Scene die. It's Carol here today.  The background was created with distress ink with a masked moon.  For the ends of the card, the Halloween Vine die.  It was just flipped and the backside used to balance the scale of the card.  The CottageCutz Halloween Tag Topper is centered for the Sentiment.
Thank you so much for stopping by today to view this little haunted creation.  Sure do appreciate it.  Until next time......Happy Crafting.  These are the dies used:

CottageCutz Halloween Matchboxes & Giveaway

Welcome papercrafts and friends to another CottageCutz creation for Halloween. It's Carol here today.  You know you have those special "Trick-or-Treaters" that you just want to just do a little something extra for.  These are so stinking cute.  They are matchboxes created with the beautiful CottageCutz dies.  These little boxes will put a smile on the recipients face.  How about the teller at the bank, the cashier at the grocery store, a child's special teacher, or your co-workers.  These will add some fun to you Halloween festivities!
You can find directions of making your matchbox tutorials on youtube or perhaps you own a matchbox die.  This matchbox was created with black cardstock and cover with Halloween cardstock on the outside only leaving a 1/4" edge,  The orange burlap is from the "Dollar Tree".  The spider is a Recollection embellishment.  Use any square die that fits you diecut image and top of box.  The Cottage cutz die here is the Witch on Broom.  The rose was created on orange cardstock with a 5 petal medium Marvey punch that are destressed with black soot ink and the leaves are the frond punch mounted on a seam binding bow.
This box uses the same basic design but with the CottageCutz Pumpkin and Bat die,  I backed the pumpkin with black cardstock because I liked the way it looked and it made it show up well.
The third and last matchbox uses the same basic design with the CottageCutz Cat w/Pumpkins.  The die was cut on Orange Designer Paper and again on Black Cardstock.  Cut the just the cat from the black cardstock and mount it on top of the cat cut from the Orange Designer paper.  The pumpkins were backed with golden yellow cardstock to match the polkadots in the Designer paper.  The "Boo" embellishment is Recollection.
Thank you so much for stopping by today to view these sweet Matchboxes.   Be sure to make something cute for those special people in your life.  It just makes a memorable moment.  Until next time......Happy Crafting.  Here are the dies used:

CottageCutz Spooky Ghost House Halloween Card

Greetings everyone it's Carol.  Today's creation features beautiful Halloween CottageCutz dies in an exciting array of shapes.  The main focal point of the card is CottageCutz Spooky Ghost House.  Isn't this fabulous.  Just cut out your die on black card stock and mount it on a piece of orange cardstock that is 1/4" larger than the die to make it pop!
For the CottageCuz Halloween Tag the die was cut on orange glitter paper.  After die cutting, just take the die and trace around the outside on black paper and cut with scissors.  Mount the orange glitter die cut on top and you have this awesome contrast.
The green scarecrow is the CottageCutz Harvest Scarecrow.  The Gold with Brush Corduroy distress inked scarecrow is CottageCutz Garden Scarecrow.   The top border is CottageCutz Graveyard Border.

Butterfly Themed Pocket Letter Featuring CottageCutz Dies

Hello everyone.  Today it's Carol with a project share featuring tons of CottageCutz dies.  Pocket Letters are a wonderful way to use your CottageCutz dies.  They fit perfectly in or on the pockets of these plastic sleeves.
The middle pocket uses CottageCutz Ornate Fence.  Pocket #3 is CottageCutz Flowerpot Mini, and Flower Mini.  I used some Butterfly Embellishments.
For the center of the pocket letter, Pocket #4 has CottageCutz Daisy Showers.  The Center Pocket is a shaker and it features the CottageCutz Springtime Window.    Pocket #6 features CottageCutz Flower Bouquet Jar.

This is a tag created to dangle on the Pocket Letter.  It's a blackboard tag that comes from Michael's.  A Cricut alphabet cartridge was used to create the name.  The CottageCutz Victorian Frames was used to decorate the tag.  The butterfly is CottageCutz Garden Delight.  As you can see, CottageCutz dies are absolutely perfect for creating Pocket Letters.

Thank you so much for stopping by to check out this Pocket Letter.   Until next time, Happy Crafting.  See you soon!

CottageCutz Sea Otter W/Fish Tag

Just a little something to share today with you friends and crafters.  It's Carol here today with a little tag made with the gorgeous CottageCutz dies.  For this tag I used the Sea Otter w/Fish, Grass with Cattails, Elegant Frame, and Hello Expression Die
The tag is corrugated paper that I cut into a tag.  The Sea Otter was cut on brown cardstock and the fish on blue cardstock.  I hand drew the eyes.  the Grass with Cattails were cut one on light green cardstock and dark green cardstock and layered.  The frame was cut on white cardstock and attahed to two different pieces of designer paper.  The lace trim is a Martha Stewart punch.  Just at a seam binding bow, a paper flower and a crystal bling and your project is finish.  Thanks for stopping by today.  Sure do appreciate it.  Until next time, Happy Crafting.  See you soon.  Here are the dies used:

CottageCutz Fashion Pumps in Paris

Hello CottageCutz Lover's!  Today it's Carol here with a little creation using the CottageCutz pumps mini.   To achieve the two tone effect of the shoes, cut out the shoe on designer paper of your choice and paper piece in black the heel, toe, in shoe insert.  Mount the shoes on a 1-1/2 inch round circle and apply to a 2" rosette.  The box was created with cardstock, a doily, Recollection Bling Swirls and a couple images from the Tres Chic DCWV paper stack.  The rolled roses are made from an old book and distressed with Victorian Velvet distress ink.
This is just a little image tease on what is inside the box.  The treasure is wrapped in this pretty pink lace.  To create the box you will need to cut designer paper for the lid at 6-3/8" x 7-5/8" and score around all 4 sides at 1 inches.  For the bottom of the box you will need to cut designer paper at 8-1/4" x 7-1/2" and scored at 2 inches on all 4 sides.  Follow basic construction assembly for this type of box to complete your project.
Here's a close up of the little tag  that was created from a wood tag .  These tags were sold at Michael's last year in the unfinished wood section.  It is covered with designer paper and stamped with prima stamps.  The little pink daisy is a button and, of course, more matching bling!  Thank so much for taking a look.  Sure do appreciate it.  Until next time, Happy Crafting!  Here is the die used:
