Berry Sweet

Hello Friends

I  was getting low on my Thank You cards so I decided to make a few with the adorable Strawberry Plant and Berry Phrases dies.  Plus strawberries are one of my favorite berries!!

Design steps:

1.  Use the die Strawberry Plant and cut it out in white.  Use red, green and yellow inks to color in the strawberry plant
2. Cut a black A2 card base, cut a piece of white card stock 4 1/8 x 5 3/8 and run it through an embossing folder, cut a piece of red polka dot DP 1 1/2 x 5 1/8 layer onto black card stock, cut one scallop square  from black checked DP and one slightly larger black scallop square to layer the checked piece onto
3.  Glue the white embossed piece to the black card base.  Next add the strip of red and black to the front slightly to the left as shown above
3.  Cut the Berry Sweet out of black using the Berry Phrase die.  Glue the phrase to the bottom right of the card as shown above.  Pop up the black scalloped square and then glue down the Strawberry Plant as shown below.  Your card is complete
