Easter Critters

Hello Friends

Just finishing up my Easter cards.  This one will probably go to my great niece and nephew.  I am using several dies for this card.  The dies are Spring Bunny with Giant Carrot, Hatching Bunny Chick and Spring Chickee in Basket.  I decided to make it a slimline using the Windows Slimline and Pinking Shear Edge Slimline.

Design Steps:

1.  Use a white card base measuring 9 x 4, cut a piece of blue 8 7/8 x 3 7/8, cut a piece of white using the Pinking Shear Edge slimline die, cut a piece of checked DP 2 7/8 x 8 and using the Window Slimline cut a piece of blue.  Glue the blue to the card base and then glue down the white piece with the pinking shear edge
2.  Using the following dies Spring Bunny with Giant Carrot, Hatching Bunny Chick and Spring Chickee in Basket and cut these colors of card stock: green, light yellow, bright yellow, orange, light pink, dark pink, white and blue.  Assemble with fine tip glue
3. Using the Window slimline glue the animals in place as shown above.  Then glue the plaid DP to the back of the window and glue to the card front as shown below
4.  Decorate with added flowers, leaves and ladybugs.  Add the sentiment and rhinestones and your card is complete

He is Risen!!

Hello Friends

I have started making my Easter card for my family and friends.  I just love the 2 dies I used for this card.  They are Hill Top w/Crosses and He is Risen w/Empty Tomb.  These 2 dies together really display the meaning of Easter.  I just love how this card turned out.

 Design Steps:

1.  Using the Hill Top w/Crosses and He is Risen w/Empty Tomb cut the following colors of card stock: gray, brown, green, white and black.  In the pieces with coordinating colors for depth and shading.  Glue the tomb together
2.  Cut a black piece of card stock 6 1/8 x 4 1/8.  Then draw the shape of the hills you would like and cut.  Cut a piece of white card stock 6 1/8 x 4 1/8.  Ink the sun using a mask in yellow orange.  Ink around the edges of the sun in yellow.  Ink behind the sun in purple
3.  In the He is Risen white was cut in white the bottom yellow orange and the top yellow as shown above
4.  Glue the hill to the sky piece leaving the top unglued so you can tuck in the crosses.  Add the tomb to the bottom of the hill and then glue down the He is Risen
5.  Glue the panel to a 6 1/4 x 4 1/4 white card base.  Stamp a few birds in the distance and your card is complete

Miss You Flowers

 Hello Friends

It is Pam creativing with you today.

I have friends in different states so I like to make miss you, thinking of you or just because cards.  I love receiving cards in the mail.  So that is my motivation for making and sending cards that don't require a specific celebration.   This card is using the Wildflower 123, and 4 dies.   This card was inspired by a card designed by Jamie Martin that I saw on Pinterest.

 Background Photo by Freepiks

Design Steps:

1.  Use the Wildflower 1, 2, 3 and 4 cut all in white
2.  Select the flowers you would like to use and color them with Copic markers or markers of your choice.  Make a bow out of white raffia

3.  Use a Kraft A2 card base, cut a piece of mustard colored card stock 4 1/8 x 5 3/8, cut a piece of DP 4 x 5 1/4.  Use the Miss You w/Shadow and cut the shadow in kraft and the words in white
4.  Glue the mustard card stock to the back of the DP.  Wrap a piece of burlap ribbon around the DP as shown above and attach with tape.  Glue the DP panel to the card base

5.  Arrange the bouquet of flowers onto the burlap ribbon and glue into place or use glue dots.  Add the raffia bow with a glue dot
5.  Add the hummingbird, sentiment and the pearls your card is complete
