Christmas Tree Hunting!
Hello Friends,
It is New Release Time! The collection is Christmas Part 2! There are are 19 new designs just as adorable as the Christmas Part 1 release. For a limited time there is 30% off individual dies. You can check all of these fantastic dies out right HERE!
I am having fun with one of the new release dies today. I am using the Christmas Van w/Bear. Also I want to mention the CottageCutz You Tube channel is up and running once again. We have new videos every Wednesday. There is a give away this week so please check it out HERE!
Design Steps:1. Using the Christmas Van w/Bear die cut the pieces using: red, green, blue, silver, black, white, and brown. After you cut out the pieces assemble them using a fine tip glue
2. For the card base use an A2 white card, piece of snow DP 3 x 4 1/4, piece of white cut with the Slimline Waves. Brown, white and green cut with the Mountain and Tree Slimline. The road was cut freehand out of black and white card stock
3. Glue the snow DP to the top of the A2 white card base, add the mountains and tree line then finally the snow bank and road
4. Place you van on the road using pop dots and finally stamp and layer your Merry Christmas sentiment and glue it flat to the top left as shown below

Sea You Soon
It's Anja here. Summer is more or less gone so for today's post I made a sea inspired card. To say goodbye to Summer.
- Cottage Cutz dies (Lil' Bluebird Designs Under the Sea Stamp Set, Random Circles Slimline, Waves Slimline),
- Faber Castell Polychromos Color Pencils,
- blue and grey card stock for die cuts,
- light blue card stock for card base (22,5x19 cm),
- white card stock for stamping,
- black pigment ink,
- acrylic block,
- white pen,
- washi tape,
- paper scorer,
- scissors,
- paper trimmer,
- paper glue.
First I stamped and colored all the images. This time I cut the images with the scissors to a get a different effect.
Next I made the card base from light blue card stock. I also cut a bubbly background using the Random Circle Slimline. And last I cut a strip of grey card stock to use as a sandy ground on the bottom of the sea.
I also added the sentiment to the grey strip.
Next I took a white pen and made some lines to the bubbles to give it more dimension.
After that I just added all the cut creatures and my card was done.

Sea You Soon!
Hello and Happy Monday! This is Sukie and today I'm sharing an underwater card. Today's card features both Cottage Cutz dies and Lil' Bluebird Designs products.
The background for my card was created with the Waves and Nested Stitched Rectangles slimline die sets. I used a variety of Oxide Ink colors to create the sand and waves on my card. The waves and sand were splattered with some water and the sand was also splattered with some paint. I watercolored the images from the Under the Sea stamp set and used the die set to cut them out. The images were nestled amongst the waves. The bubbles and sentiment were heat embossed directly on my card. Here are the products used to create my card:
