Wedding Card In Gold

Hi!

It's Anja here. Wedding Season is in full bloom. I'm working on a few wedding projects right now. And I made another, using Cottage Cutz dies from previous releases.

For this card I used:
- Cottage Cutz dies (Fancy Doves w/ Ribbons, Wedding Rings, Expressions Congratulations, Victorian Corners),
- Distress Inks (Pumice Stone, Mustard Seed),
- white card base (15x15 cm),
- gold pigment ink,
- black pen,
- Wink of Stella glitter brush,
- adhesive foam pads,
- water spritzer,
- brush,
- heat gun,
- paper glue.

First I made the background. I mixed gold ink with water and spritzed it o the card base.

Next I dried the paper with the heat gun and then colored around the edges with golden ink.

Next I cut and colored the doves.

Then the rings. I used glitter brush for the diamond.

Then I cut and colored both corners and the sentiment.

When I had everything colored I arranged it on the card and glued it together. I used adhesive foam pads for the doves.

This is all from me for today. I wish you a lovely Sunday and see you again next week.

Anja Z.

Victorian Rose

Hello everyone, and Happy Saturday to all! Hope you are enjoying your weekend, and having a scrappy good time! Today I wanted to share the NEW CottageCutz Victorian Release with you. I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this release, there are so many awesome dies in this collection, if you haven't seen them all, please be sure to check them out here at the Scrapping Cottage.

I absolutely LOVE these New CottageCutz Victorian Corners, they look so Beautiful! I used 2 of them on my card here. I cut them out in black, and just glued them on. Next I cut the Floral Garden Fence in white and airbrushed the greenery, and flowers. For the butterfly, I used the CottageCutz Mini Butterfly die

The CottageCutz Victorian Rose was also cut out in white card stock, and then airbrushed with the Copic Airbrushing system. Gosh it has been awhile since I have done this, but figured I have the system, might as well use it right??!!! hehehe

Lastly I stamped my sentiment, and added some sewing, and a bow to complete my card for today! Hope you enjoyed my post, as I have enjoyed making my card for today :)

Hugs to all,
Cheryl
