Hi, Friends,

Today I am showcasing a lovely card with

CottageCutz Filigree Frame and 

CottageCutz  Flowers Layered dies.

  Take a look:

To create this look on the flowers I cut (3) medium and (2) small,

wet them and let dry.  Before they dry completely scrunch

each petal in the center and let dry.  

Use some distress ink on each petal and assemble.
